Kindly note:

1. Installation-Fee Packages: Available through discord only. (Create a ticket & Inquire)
   Though we include written installation instructions with our packs and emotes, we allow our customers access to a one-to-one live install from staff. We will ensure your animations are working in your game or server in less than 15 minutes through a remote screen-share. Installation applies to each pack individually. (ie. 1 Animation Pack / Pack per install request).

2. Refund Policy: If you do not need installation assistance for your FiveM server/single player GTAV, Pandora's Box Animation Group kindly asks that you disregard this categories information.
